How to use Batch Convert

Batch Convert takes a plain list of addresses — one per line — and geocodes every line in a single pass, so you don't have to run the single-address tool over and over. It's built for spreadsheet exports, mailing lists, delivery rounds, or any list where you need latitude and longitude sitting next to a batch of addresses at once. Formatting your list

1. One address per line. Each line is treated as a single, independent lookup, so keep the house number, street, town and postcode together on the same line — for example 10 Downing Street, London, SW1A 2AA.
2. Copying from Excel, Google Sheets, or a CSV file: select a single column containing your addresses, copy it, and paste directly into the box above. Spreadsheet software inserts a line break between cells automatically, so each row lands on its own line — no reformatting or column mapping needed.
3. Addresses only, one column at a time. This box reads plain text lines, not a spreadsheet's columns, so don't paste extra fields like customer names, order numbers or notes into the same box alongside the address — paste the address column on its own.
4. Blank lines are ignored automatically, so there's no need to tidy up gaps in your list before pasting.
5. Up to 500 addresses per run. Longer lists need to be split into separate batches.
6. Export when finished. Once conversion completes, use Download CSV to save the matched addresses, coordinates and any errors as a spreadsheet file you can reopen in Excel or Sheets.
